I just received my bed, why does it look like a pancake?

Your bed will arrive vacuum packed and it can take up to 24 hours to fully inflate once opened. This is totally normal and some beds can take slightly longer then others to look like they do on our website. Your dog can use the bed straight away even if it’s not fully inflated yet. 

I have purchased the original bed, can I buy different coloured covers to use with it?

Absolutely, we love that you can change and mix your covers depending on the season or your mood or lifestyle. We have recently launched our Autumn Winter covers for the muddier and wetter months when the white cover might not be appropriate.  

Are TEDDY beds indestructible?

Unfortunately TEDDY beds are not indestructible, although the material is very hard wearing. We don’t recommend customer purchase a bed for puppies, chewers and excessive bed scratchers.

Are TEDDY beds waterproof?

Our beds are not waterproof however they are water-resistant. Our beds are intended for indoor use only and for dogs who are already potty trained. Our beds are easily machine washable so any light spills will easy come out.

Can I return or exchange my TEDDY bed?

If the vacuum seal has not been opened and that you are able to fit the bed back into the cardboard box then we will happily accept returns or exchanges. Please request a return within 14 days of having received your order by e-mailing us at theteddtybed@gmai.com. Unfortunately at this time we do not offer free returns so it will be up to the customer to cover any shipping charges to get the bed returned to us safely.

 If the vacuum seal has been opened then unfortunately we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons but also due to the fact that the bed can not be re-packaged once expanded and therefore cannot be sent back. Please make sure to carefully check measurements before purchasing any of ours beds to avoid disappointment. Our team are always happy to answer any queries you might have at theteddybed@gmail.com  

 Do you ship internationally?

We can ship anywhere in the world, simply email us theteddybed@gmail.com  with your desired bed size, your country and postcode for a quote. Alternatively Harrods.com also offer international delivery.

Do I need to tumble dry my cover after wash? 

Please do not tumble dry the cover, it has a natural quick drying feature and simply needs to be hung out for up to two hours. If you tumble dry your cover you risk shrinking it and it will no longer fit the bed

What are your delivery times?

We offer free UK shipping and aim to get your orders out for delivery 1-2 working business days. Please expect to receive your beds 4-5 business working days. Express shipping is available, please email us at theteddybed@gmail.com to arrange

How much will shipping cost?

We offer free UK shipping. If you are not based in the UK you can e-mail us at theteddybed@gmail.com for international shipping quotes

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

Please e-mail us at the theteddybed@gmail.com with your desired bed, country and postcode for worldwide shipping costs. Please note that any additional tax and duty costs will be up to the customer to pay.

How can I cancel my order?

Please e-mail us as soon as you would like to cancel your order. Unfortunately if your bed has already been dispatched we won't be able to cancel your order, however if your best has yet to leave our warehouse we can issue you a refund.

What if I receive the wrong product?

If you receive the wrong product we sincerely apologies for this mistake. Please e-mail us as soon as you received the product and we can discuss next steps

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

How do I care for my product?

Our beds are comfortable, durable, stylish - and machine washable. Our boucle covers are suitable for machine washing on a delicate 30°C cycle, using a a gentle detergent and with no fabric conditioner. Please do not tumble dry, iron or dry clean our covers. Despite being hard wearing and machine washable, we do recommend buying a spare cover so that your dog is never left without their bed. This stylish fabric is super fast drying - it comes out of the wash almost fully dry and just needs a bit of airing before it will be ready to be used again.In order to best preserve the great look and feel of our beds, we also recommend light vacuuming in order to remove any dirt and fur particles. Our bed covers are made 100% polyester
